I have been on holiday and tried to request a repeat prescription unable to, could not reset password went to the surgery Wednesday when we returned, told prescription
would be ready after 3pm Friday went at 3.25 and very sarcastedley asked when I asked for prescription I am 63not 5 ! Was then told prescription was in a doctor,s office and could not be interrupted so would have to wait or come back next day, I waited for 15 mins but had arranged to meet my niece at the station so had to go went back Saturday and told not possible to get prescription as it’s flu clinic-been a patient for over 39 years the doctors have always been great but the care from reception staff is appalling as always. I had cancer of the tongue and had radiation pins in my mouth I was in a great deal of pain and my husband was not able to get my prescription as it was “lunch hour” so had to wait till after six what fantastic care! I had a very severe svt attack and was told I would have to wait till after baby clinic thank goodness one of the doctors was walking past and got me an ambulance so thanks once again for ruining my weekend with my 90 year old aunt as Rennes don’t help and I was unable to enjoy her birthday

The three doctors I have had appointments with and all have been thorough and given excellent care. There is one receptionist in particular who has no customer care skills AT ALL. I witnessed her speak to two elderly patients disrespectfully and with no cares or concern. She could have dealt with their queries but her answer to everything was ‘it’s out of my hands’ she wasn’t willing to even check to see if she could be of any assistance. Shocking attitude. Really letting your surgery down. |
