I rarely use the service but recently needed repeat prescriptions, hence in regular contact every 6 months. I dread engaging with the front desk staff as they are always so rude! | ||||||

I had countless encounters of being prescribed different medication to the one I requested, or I haven't been prescribed one at all. Sometimes it was due to the doctor wanting to see me, but no one informed me of it until I went to collect the prescription when I completely run out of medication! And many other occasions where admin staff completely failed. No effort to help patients Practice management are based at the other surgery, so obviously no one supervises them. Will be looking to register elsewhere and would never recommend this surgery to anyone! | ||||||

Milan Street surgery is the worst ever the leeds surgeries.the reception staff very rood.if we need appointment for child never ever make it.in morning sharp 8:00 o clock start call till 9:00 am.only one message listening that we are very busy. After 9:00 am they not giving any appointment. I advise to the GP close this surgery at least we can get another GP.if you can not manage the patients then why you taking more patient. Just making money. | ||||||
