Absolutely terrible, I would never ask for an appointment with the doctor unless there was something wrong. My daughter is not well and was told to go to a walk in clinic where she sat for hours, when she was seen she was told by that doctor that she needed to see her doctor so she could have a blood test!!!!!! I on the other hand need to see a doctor and have been phoning for two weeks so far to get an appointment to see my own doctor, and I still am not able to. I have been on the phone for an hour this morning no one answered. I then had to disconnect due to a work call. Then I phoned again and was on hold for another 35mins!! I still have not managed to get through, also I wish they would change that stupid on hold music, it is bad when it is making your blood pressure rise through the stress of just wanting to get an appointment to see your doctor, I thought they were supposed to make you better! Oh and guess what someone picked the phone up and now there it no one there and then they disconnected me, this is just great. thank you Robin Lane for causing me stress and anxiety and making me worse than what I already was. I wont hold my breath in getting an appointment this year, maybe next year... | ||||||

I have called twice through the day and I was waiting 30+ and still nobody answers the phone. I was not ringing to make a appointment I needed to check where I was having my physio. But as nobody answered I called another surgery and when I ring them I was told I was 4th in the queue I actually spoke with somebody that was very helpful,and I’m considering moving all my family to that surgery. It used to be Caring surger | ||||||
