I am so disappointed with the surgery, I have been with them for about 17 years, i made an appointment for my son to see rhe GP yesterday, i was promised a call back after 2pm, nobody called back, when i called the surgery again the next day, i was told my call wasnt logged and there were no morre appointments that day, i was advised to call back at 4pm or call 111 which i did but i wasnt happy with the advice from 111. i called by the surgery at 4pm only for the attendant to hang up on me. i called again by this time it was 4.15 and i was then told that there were no more appointments, i was told to call 111 again even after explaining everything that has happened. I know the receptionist are supposed to ask questions now but surely some training will go a long long way, they are all very very clueless in their interaction, do they not realise they are dealing with ill people? i am aghast at this treatment and its not the first time with the receptionists, just simply poor and totally unacceptable |

3 weeks of trying to make an appointment been spoke to like im an idiot by the receptionist when trying to make one, |

This place is not for patients. The staff is rude and unprofessional. They do not bother to help you instead they do everything that you will not bother them. If you are too persistent, they will call the Police. They do not know medications they do not take an extra step to check or to find out. They do not do a proper check up nor refer you to do tests. You pay for them and you do not receive an adequate help, support, information or advise. You are a rock for them. I do not recommend! |
