7 days for a telephone appointment? If you can wait 7 days then you are not ill. Hopefully I don't have an infection which could result in a visit to A&E. Receptionist didn't even ask what was wrong with me. Obviously doesn't care. |

I have been registered with this practice for a few years. I've only really needed to use them over the last 2 years. My only negative is trying to contact them by phone. Very hard to get through when they are busy. Other than this I have found the appointment system works. If I don't need urgent care, yes it can be a few days or maybe over a week to see a doctor, I think that is fine as it's not urgent. The one time I have needed urgent care as I was in pain and suffering, I went in last night, they offered me an appointment first thing this morning and I was seen by a doctor. About 10 hours if you work it out! I think that is excellent. The reception staff are much friendlier than other practices and the doctors I have seen were excellent. Always satisfied whether treated here or being referred. I think their opening hours are spot on, I am so grateful for the early morning appointments, minimising the impact on work and they are open after I finish work too. The NHS is struggling at the moment with financial pressures, but this practice is doing just what it should. Just sort out the phones, maybe find an additional way to speak if we can't get through. |

I have always found the reception staff friendly and helpful. Have received god quality care from both the doctors and nurses following a particularly difficult start to the year. The online appointment booking and prescription ordering service is amazing and saves a lot of time and when there was a problem with one of my prescriptions the reception staff sorted it for me quickly and efficiently. Thank you for your support. |
