Lately I’m unable to get an appointment booked at all. I keep calling and I am always told there is none left and that I should call again the next day. And the next day. Abolsutely ridiculous.
And some, not all, doctors here don’t seem to care. I too kept attending the doctors last year due to a long term health condition. Doctors we’re unable to pinpoint what was wrong with me and when I suggested to 1 doctor in particular what it could be; I was laughed at. And told it’s rare so I won’t have it. My “suggestion” of what it could be is what I am now been treated for. Reply from The Whitfield Practice Wed, 08 Aug 2018 17:43:05 +0100 We are very sorry to hear of your recent experiences at the practice. We take all responses seriously and would be grateful if you could contact the Practice Manager, Julie Wilson, or the Reception Team Leader, Abigail Owens, to discuss this matter further. |

i have just seen the negative comments left on this site about my surgery and think they are harsh. They always try to help me as much as they possibly can. i have never had any problems getting an appointment if its urgent they always see you. |
