My family has been with this surgery for 28 years and we have never had a cause to complain at all in that time.
Doctors have come and gone but the standard of care and the staff culture has never changed.
Reception services are civil and helpful and try to accommodate your needs.
Diabetic services in the group are excellent one Dr and the nursing team support are great. | ||||||

Reception staff behave like they're guarding the crown jewels. I recognise that the service is stretched and receptionists have to prioritise who they give appointments to, but if it's not an 'emergency' then the receptionist will tell you there are no appointments and you will be asked to call back the next week. You call the next week, and there are still no appointments. There is no empathy or willingness to help from the reception staff. I registered here as the surgery offers 'extended opening hours' but you're lucky to get an appointment at all, so don't bank on an evening appointment if you are not able to take time out of work. I will be changing practice. | ||||||
