I phoned the reception to get an appointment but I was told to ring tomorrow morning @8am. I said I am not asking for a same day appointment or tomorrow but anytime this week or next week.Your booking system needs to be changed as not all patients are available to ring @8am due to work schedules.It’s not convenient to everybody.If you have a diary you should be able to see what are the available time slots.Your service should be focused on patients needs and convenience on how to avail your service.To the management please kindly review your appointment booking system.Hoping to see changes in the future. |
