i have never in my life known the doctors practice be this bad .. the medical team are great , getting through to the surgery is another story ( currently on wait now hour 15 mins) i am chasing results i have never got through in less than 30 mins it’s usually longer. when i do get through ( not all) but the receptionists are so rude, give excuses and just bin you off like you are a nobody… horrendous service even worse customer service skills absolutely no empathy at all …. | ||||||

I have phoned my practice on numerous occasions and different times they just don't pick the phone up this particular time I phoned at 8.15 am I was number 12 in the queue ,I was on the phone 45minutes ,do I asked my husband to take me to the surgery I was still number 12 at 8.50 I kept my phone on I walked into surgery there wasn't a patient to be seen only 3 receptionist just that there talking they were so rude when I asked them why they wasn't picking the phone up they chose to ignore me I just lost my temper | ||||||

All the time trying to get an appointment waiting between the 15 minute slot time which now appears to go on for almost an hour but still nobody answers the phone. Then what makes things worse they tell men to get checked for prostate cancer making the lines even busier. They just can't get it right. No email address to send and tell them I need an appointment. Aaaaargh | ||||||
