Rung up got an appointment. Helpful receptionist. Arrived early. Was seen within 5 minutes. Doctor had time for me to discuss the issue. Recommended next steps. Told me to ring up if I had any questions . Love my doctors | ||||||

I was sent a letter reminding me that my cvd bloods & bp was due also my respiratory review. When trying to make an appointment for both was like trying to extract teeth,was told cannot make an appointment yet as March appointments were not available yet.today is three weeks away from March.In this day of high tec computerisation where on earth is the difficulty in this. | ||||||

I live close to the surgery so usually contact in person rather than phone. I have had to make several visits over the last month to resolve a health problem and I cannot fault the support I received. I was quickly referred to other services when needed. I felt listened to and was always treated with dignity and respect. | ||||||
