I just finished a course of radiotherapy for a brain tumour and was struggling with my emotions so phoned to see if I could get a phone appointment with a doctor. The rese reset ptionist was not helpful said there is no appointments and the doctors not there to help with my emotions just to subscribe medicines. I was really low and I just ended up ending the call even tho I was feeling really low. |

Receptionist Debbie or Debby? I don't really care. Abysmal telephone manner, thought an episiotomy was a cut on the tummy... Made my wife cry down the phone. You should be ashamed. |

I spoke to Susan ward on reception regarding a possible urine infection. She was absolutely brilliant and straight away sorted a phone call from the doctors. After the call I was given antibiotics. This would have not happened if it wasn’t for her. She treated you like a person not just a patient and was kind, helpful and dealt with the problem straight away. I wouldn’t have got the prompt treatment if it wasn’t for her. |
