Although at times it is difficult to get an appointment, I find that, if I'm insistent but polite, something is arranged. The attention of the regular doctors ranges from ok to excellent. Locums are a mix of patient, friendly and helpful to off-hand & dismissive. With the exception of one receptionist they are all very good, helpful and polite. |

Receptionist is atrocious and training surely needs to be given. Losing prescriptions and constant talk down if you try and question Had issues from day one as they give me the wrong time but yet blamed me! Shouting across the empty waiting room. I walked out in disgust and it took a Dr to call to apologise for the awful receptionist. However!! There hasn't been any improvement .. in fact it got worse. A very inept run surgery that is actually bordering as dangerous as I found out with prescription lost and I must have timely meds for my condition. Luckily I'm mostly under the care of oncology and urology at Jimmy's so that's really important as they know of my concern about this practice. It really is front of house that's the main problem and clear as other reviews show, maybe they should read them and take a closer look at how to improve and train their staff on reception for starters. |
