01/08/23 went into The Gables with my passport to register for online access to book appointments and order prescriptions etc. Unfortunately due to something I already had set up on my mobile, I just could not successfully complete the registration. I was feeling quite stressed because I needed to re-order my diabetic meds as I was almost out. The reception staff were so helpful, it took over 1 hour to get it sorted but they eventually they did. Once sorted I ordered my prescription online and the receptionist checked it had gone through. Manu thanks to the ladies for their help with this. It is always easy to supply constructive feedback when we are unhappy with something, but just as important to give positive feedback when deserved. | ||||||

Joanne Robinson Practice Manager from Pudsey Leeds sends me the messages demanding me to be a volunteer at night. I am not a doctor or nurse. Why does she demand me to be a volunteer in a very unprofessional GPsurgery? I tried to call her and ask her to stop it but no apologies and no explanation about these terrible messages. | ||||||

i tried to make an advance appointment only to be told i would have to phone on the day which is contrary to the purpose of the advace appoinment service why is this? Unfortunately, if all the advanced appointments have been booked up , you would be requested to ring the following day for the next lot of appointments that are released. We have fedback your commenrs to the staff to ensure that they are booking advanced appointments if available. If you continue to have problems making an appointment, please get in touch with the practice manager who will be able to look into it. | ||||||
