They are all funded together so it’s a business more than a practice and if you either are a patient or work for them I’m certain they would want you to mould to fit their agendas, and anyone with any other ideas won’t be met with kindness by one specific female doctor. The female doctor in question is abrupt and rude, blatantly speaking to both patients and staff in a rude manner instead of in a nice manner. The doctor in question has no time for manners. |

I am extremely disappointed in this surgery in certain areas. On the positive side I have found the reception staff very helpful and pleasant. I would also say that all nurses have been amazing with the exception of the mental health nurse who I really needed. I cannot say the same for certain admin staff or the practice manager. It appears that when you want the practice manager he is busy with a GP. Surely he can't spend all his time with a GP. I have expressed my concerns, angrily, with the practice manager, James, who told me if I wasn't happy with the surgery I should move to another one. Shocking and unbelievable. I have been pushed from pillar to post for my mental health with no results. GP's have given me numbers for help which have referred me back to my GP. I have seen the mental health nurse at the surgery who asked me what I wanted her to do for me. No wonder people go to AE, who are already under immense pressure. I am at the lowest point. Where is James? Looking at other comments, he offers support and investigation into problems yet he told me to get another surgery. DR Brown has been amazing and I hope that despite my negative comments, this DR and the reception staff are given my positive feedback, because they deserve it. |

I have recently changed GP practice and I have been incredibly impressed to the response to my ongoing medical issues I have experienced . It is obvious the staff care for their patients and wish to look after you . Staff are polite professional and welcoming at all times . I would recommend this practice . |
