One of your receptionist is very rude. I have spoken to the person on a number of occasions and have found that their attitude to patients is disgusting. I have also been in the waiting area and have heard them speaking to patients inappropriately and quite aggresively and what seemed like bad mouthing the patients when they left. The reason why i am writing this review is because when I was in the surgery today i overheard them speaking to a gentleman that I believe was trying to register with your surgery. They had raised there voice to him telling him that he needed to move away from the reception as they were on a call. I dont think your receptionist should have spoken to him in this way. I seriously think this receptionist needs either retraining or taking away from the reception as it is my opinion that they do not want to be there and they do not show a good representation of the surgery. Used the Patches system an from submitting to getting help was well within time (same day). Donna always polite straightforward an helpful...but this extends to all the team. I always find them proffesional helpful and always with the style of the community GP spirit. Thank You! |
