I cannot fault this GP surgery. During covid when things became a struggle for me and my health condition got a lot worse and hospital appointments weren't going ahead. I was finding it very hard to cope but i had everyone here, well that's what it felt like. Even just over the phone sometimes I'd be in tears or in pain but whoever I spoke to was kind and tried their best to help. I do not not know where I would be now if I didn't get the help, care and support from this GP surgery. I always managed to speak to someone and if they couldn't prescribe medication, they'll get it sorted through someone else. Now I have a plan with a team at Hospital, I can now move forward. I'll always be so grateful for the last 2 years. Thank you so much Ossett Surgery!!! |

I have been a patient at Church street surgery for 12 years. I can honestly say that every time I visit or require some advice or assistance I have found the reception staff, the nurses and the doctors have all been extremely professional and understanding. If the NHS need an example of how to run a medical practise then Church st surgery must be in the running. |

Always able to get an appointment with the appropriate person same day. Administration staff highly trained as are medical and nursing staff. A special shout out and thank you to Dr Mistry who is very kind, caring and listens very well. Dr Mistry always puts me at ease and is always willing to help in anyway she can. She is very patient centred and patient orientated. |
