One of the worst GP surgerys I have had to deal with. There is also very high chance you will never get an appointment even though you ring at 8.30am. Surgery has gone downhill since Dr Cookey left. |

I gave urine for test about my son and then when I called them to ask the result they said doktor gonna call you, I thought why doktor gonna call me abou urine results. I asked again, how is the result? then they told me some kind of infection have. I was so surprised, I said, why the surgery didn't give as call to tell us he had infection? They said again doktor gonna call you today. I asked, how many days before came urine result? They didn't tell me. After doktor called me I think was Dr P Ojechi and when I asked how many days before came the result the he told me 2 days ago. Doktor gave us some antibiotic. My son already had another antibiotic about urine infection he takes regularly. I called next day the surgery to ask how we need to give the antibiotic, together or we need to stop 1 and give only 1 antibiotic each time, from the reception she told I need to contact with doktor and I give you call back. After 2 hours laterI called again to ask how we need to give the medicine, she said again I'm still waiting information from the doktor. Next day I called the surgery again to ask about medicine then they told you can give both antibiotics together each time! One day after called me the doktor from RVI to ask my son about his urine infection. I asked her about medicine, can we give both antibiotics together? She said you can't give same time! I said hiw is possible? From the GP they told me yesterday you can give both antibiotics, she said again you can't give both antibiotics cuz is overdose. She said give only 1 antibiotic each time and asked me who is your GP, I said Dilston Medical Center. See! What kind of joke happen with me. If his kidneys damage, who will responsible? The child is only 2 years old. Isn't possible two things happen same place! |
