No nurse appointments on a Thursday or Friday. This is a city centre practice. Told to source a blood pressure reading from elsewhere in order to receive repeat prescription. More shockingly, female GP refused to conduct a smear test. |

I’ve always received great care from The Light. The doctors and nurse practitioner are friendly, efficient and above all understanding. Early morning and evening appointments can be hard to come by but it’s a city centre practice so what else can be expected. Lunch break appointments can usually be booked easily however. I would have no hesitations recommending the light to friends and family. |

My online notes have been deleted. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told she was not available and that I should "just pop in" and speak to one of the people who have failed for the past three months to locate my notes. The practice seems to be some kind of elaborate con-trick. On the surface providing health-care but mainly seeking only to maximise profit-taking for the owners. Simple profiteering from NHS contracts. The practice is owned by OneMedicalGroup which is a county wide provider of NHS primary care. Its for profit. It uses the NHS to make profit. And at the cost of patient health. |
