Really bad experience. Never give appointments not had a body test for 2 years. Is this the respect you give to your health care assistant. |

The GP's, nurses and consultants I have seen so far are great. It's the reception staff that are completly incompetent, extremely rude and downright unprofessional. They sit back and look down on you when they answer you, that's if they can be bothered to provide you with a half decent informative answer as if they are doing you a favour. They want to know all your information and then do absolutely nothing with it, by now everyone at reception has heard your private details. Loxford really needs to train its reception staff. It's shambolic the way they treat patients. |

Staff disgraceful and incompetent with no respect for patients...spending hours and hours on the phone if u wanna make an appointment, no one ever is answering...so unprofessional |
