    If you phone the surgery and manage to speak to Karen , you will not be disappointed. Karen is amazing . Every time I phone with a query or need help / advice , Karen goes above and beyond . Nothing is too much trouble , she is always so helpful . I can imagine it’s not as easy job , and Karen especially deserves recognition ??.

    I can never get in to see the doctor ,I not a person who rings for nothing as I have several health issues ie kidney failure and heart valve not working. I don't blame the reception as the member of staff I find very helpful,I think there should be something like they have in hospital a triage nurse who can then say you need to see the doctor. This was a brilliant surgery at first but now I just feel No one cares any more . My sister in law getvs to see her doctor every time see needs I think you have taken in too many patients now

    Thank you for your feedback, which is always welcomed, whether positive or constructive criticism. I am sorry that you feel you cannot get an appointment; our appointment system is regularly reviewed by our Patient Participation Group (PPG) and is adjusted regularly according to demand and time of Year. Our pre bookable appointments are available to be booked up to 6 weeks ahead and we also offer acute urgent on the day appointments that can be booked at 8 am each working day. We are also part of the GP Alliance that offer evening late nigh appointments from Hubs across the borough 7 days a week and can be booked by ringing 01942 482848. You could also sign up for our on line services that give you 24hr a day access to booking and cancelling appointments and you can also get access to requesting a repeat prescription and viewing your medical record.     I would like to express my thanks to the practitioner nurse for the very efficient way she dealt with my condition , and explained the reasons for her conclusion that it wound be advantageous if I was referred to a consultant . This she did and I was given an appointment date within the hour.
