I have always found the receptionists very pleasant and helpful. And the doctors. Sometimes communication between departments could be improved. But overall I am very happy. | ||||||

Service here is just atrocious you would not think your in Ascot. There's no communication between staff here so everytime you call you have to.explain over and over again. I Really don't believe there is a practice manager here as she's never there or in a meeting? Everytime I have called I've been promised a call back.... let's not go there they are all equally ignorant as each other. I could go on and on about the terrible service here - I really do regret registering with Ascot Medical Centre. | ||||||

I find the service at Ascot Medical Centre really poor. You are discriminated against by reception and the practice manager. You are told to telephone and can never get an appointment. You email and don’t get a response. The service provided is totally unacceptable. I’ve been fortunate that I don’t need to use the GP that often but when you do need the services it’s impossible to get an appointment. Once you get past the unnecessary obstacles of reception and get to see the GP ,he is extremely helpful. The doctors are brilliant when you can see them. | ||||||
