Missed call from surgery on Wednesday. No idea why. Tried to ring them back. Was eventually told there was a 1 minute expected wait time. 12 mins later still no response, then phone went dead. Tried again using a different 'option' - same thing happened. Gave it another go only to be met with a message that the surgery was closed for 'staff training'! Have tried again twice today with no success. Thank goodness I'm not wanting an appointment, although depending on reason for their call I may!! Not the first time this has happened. Absolutely unacceptable. Considering complaint to NHS, MP and press! |

Cancel appointments without reason or warning, poor attitude, awful staff and can't get to see a doctor. Put patients lives at risk due to dire training and poor staff. Do not use. |

Knowing that the NHS including our Doctors surgery is struggling I put up for quire a few weeks with minor rash on my Face, it got worse so I rang the surgery it took me 2 hours to get through at all and then 20 minutes in a queue, at this point I was sent a link told to send a photo of the rash which I did, the reply was to see a Chemist who would be able to advise me of something I could use, he couldn't and tells me they are getting more and more of these kind of things that are beyond what they should be doing, he said anything he could give me would have to come by prescription from the Doctor and to ring again for an appointment. So rang the Doctors 20 minute queue again only to be told we haven't any appointments left for today and would have to ring at 8pm tomorrow again!!! This system is so bad and needs re jigging, as soon as possible |
