Years ago this was a good surgery as the years have gone by it really now is at a stage where it should be shut down If you phone for an appointment when they are open no matter how ill you are feeling you can get told to phone 111 or even go to a walk in centre which I thought both were for out of hours not when your actual Doctors is open Just about every Doctor you can tell does not care does as little as possible and since covid have no clue what they are doing Your notes if you can use the system to read them that they write about you are mostly false , full of lies and even fat shaming patients which is a disgrace especially when they know they are rock bottom already When you point out the lies they have written they will not remove them so there they are on your records for good which is very distressing They have no knowledge or compassion for people with any kind of Mental Health problems so if you suffer in that respect this surgery will cause you more harm than good and make you worse This is now the worst surgery in Chesterfield and I would keep well away for the good of your health physically and mentally ! This is written out of genuine concern for others that might be considering this practice |
