Can’t get through on the phone, used the messaging app to be told when I visited the surgery to find out what was happening I was told there was a problem with the app and they hadn’t received anything. |

I just want to say thank you. I have been with the practice since moving to Chesterfield in 2004 and have always found the staff to be kind, caring and thorough. The receptionists are helpful and explain things well. The doctors and nurses and other health professionals I feel are working in very difficult times with a national shortage of Health staff and a greater demand than ever for their many skills. Thank you - we will all need help with our physical or mental Health at some point in our lives and I appreciate all you all do. |

absolute pathetic service, cannot get through by phone waiting and waiting, recorded message says 2 mins before call answered next message says 9 mins. Repetitive messages an absolute frustration maker. Wait for an hour on hold then give up no chance to make an online appointment. Arrive at reception in person in afternoon to book appointment only to be told cannot do that, have to ring first thing in morning, round and round the houses. What a way to run a practice, bring back some sanity. |
