When we first came to the area, we registered at a different surgery but weren't happy. On suggestion we changed to Evelyn Surgery, and have been absolutely delighted by the care they deliver. Both my husband and I have (fairly serious) medical issues and EVERYONE on the staff is always ready to help as much as they can. The Doctors are kind and sensitive, take time to listen, and always follow up on any actions they promise. Referrals are made very quickly and their follow up is incredible. The waiting room is always clean and tidy, and the same for the reception and toilets. Having lived in London, we can really see the difference of how surgeries carry out their practice. We have nothing but praise for Evelyn Surgery. Thank you to ALL the staff. |

I have had several appointments at the surgery in recent months and all the staff have been extremely helpful, at a time when I have been quite worried. The doctor has gone the extra mile to get me an MRI scan etc, and the receptionists have been really helpful in trying to get appointments into the diary quickly. I have felt that everyone working at the practice is genuinely trying to provide good care for their patients, and in all my interactions with them I have found them both caring and respectful. It is very much appreciated - thank you to all the staff! |

Over the 40yrs I have been a patient at this practice ,I have always had excellent care. In changing times And a more informed public there will be more challenges. I hope there will be more shared care between the local practices so that the good practice can continua. |
