T before i put an option on above as says must when i put poor it is referring to the systems and who is resonsable for them. The other staff good but the online facilities are down much of the time. This means after lengthy recorded msgs saying what they cannot do what we must do you then listen to various droning music and msgs over and over. This is not acceptable I once again cannot order my meds on auto as per one of msgs and cannot ask for service with online gp ask per told on another msg. This happens over and over again or wouldn't complain . Is there no manager who can shake up whatever company is responsible for these services. Because once again nothing working spent all morning trying to reach someone and you get you are 20 in cue you are 14 in cue and at nearly lunch you are nine in the cue. If the systems worked to give service they should that wouldn't happen accept early on Come on Portland online care sort yourself especially out with some of that huge amount of money our tax is paid to you through the practise for looking after this vital service. |

We have been with this practice for many years, we are in our 70s now and a well looked after by the staff from reception to all of the practice nurses . Flue jab today with the nurse loverly as usual many thanks for the service very happy. |

My elderley mother moved to a retirement home near to Portland clinic last year with Dementia. I have Power on Attorney for her healthcare and have liaised with three different receptionists on three separate occasions over the phone and found them to be very understanding, compassionate and efficient in answering my questions regarding "home" visits. The last visit to mum was effected within an hour of me phoning and when I phoned back I was transferred to the paramedic who attended mum.He gave me excellent feedback. I worked for the NHS ( now retired)and championed good customer service all my life and am pleased to see it is still alive in some clinics. Well done - this is a shining example of efficient patient care and excellent feedback to concerned relatives. |
