Been a patient for 29 years and cannot/will not find fault in this practice. Its small, personal and coped well with covid appointments etc. Well done everyone. | ||||||

Very very poor. I applied online for a medication review and was told someone would contact me by 6.30pm the following Friday. No one did so I applied again. Same result. I then phoned week later after my first application and spoke to someone who I had a moan at about the total lack of professional service and the incompetence that exists in St.Deny's surgery. The next day I did get a phone call not that it was of much use and after faffing about I had an appointment for 10am last Friday at the surgery. All i was asked to do was to stick my arm in a stupid machine for a blood pressure reading instead of being able to explain my full situation--which they knew already but obviously didn't bother to read the previous notes. So it'd now two weeks have gone by and I'm still no nearer to getting even a half decent answer out of them. My current medication is rapidly running out and will be all used up by this coming weekend. This place used to be properly run but now it's absolutely awful. Perhaps this review will make them jump. | ||||||

Was very happy until I was removed from the surgery because I have changed the address. I know that you had to change your gp if you changed your address but not any longer because you can chose where would you like to be treated which I believe is fair enough. Mind you I was not a new patient but already existing. Such a shame. I was told that they had to do it so the patients in the area could register (I moved only 1-2 miles away). And the practice is never really that busy. Never had to wait for hours. Doctors and nurses are wonderful. I was left without a practice and I am not going to register with the surgery that has 1* reviews near me. Shocking. As previously explained to you and indicated on this website, the surgery has a boundary that is agreed with NHS England. This means that anyone who moves outside of our area does have to register elsewhere and our surgery is not signed up to the Out of Area service.
