We have been registered at this practice since 1995 but we feel that the service offered improved markedly after the current GP's took over. The entire service is outstanding. The reception staff could not be more pleasant and helpful. The surgery is maintained in a nice clean condition with comfortable seating. The practice has a dispensary and they promptly provide your medication consistent with availability to them from the supplier. There are now three doctors at the practice due to another doctor joining the team in January 2019. Although we only have experience of two of the current doctor's, as we are still to meet the new GP, the service they provide is caring, professional, helpful, timely, cheerful and so much appreciated. They always endeavour to do the best for their patient's and involve them in the decision making process. They promptly make referrals to external bodies, e.g. Consultant medical services or for hospital diagnostic tests etc when necessary. The two nursing staff provide an excellent professional and caring support service making this a comprehensive practice for delivery of patient services. The practice does not stand still and makes the effort to keep abreast of additional services they could provide to patients to move with the times, consistent with emphasis of care in the community and convenience for patients. We only hope that the practice gets the right level of support so that its high standards can be maintained going forward. | ||||||

.Local Doctors review.
The whole family rely on the surgery for a range of things a young family may need it for. Without exception I can only praise the GPs, Reception staff and nurses on site. They are incredible, a credit to the NHS and their own standards.
With particular note I would say are the unsung hero's on a successful practice, the reception staff. Professional, kind, hard working and with a CAN DO attitude. How many people do you come across in life whom remember your name? in context I am not a regular and yet they still greet me with my first name.
Allot of people knock the NHS, including me at times HOWEVER I am proud to be part of my local doctor practice with an stunning care team behind the excellent front of house reception desk.

It is a pleasure to be seen at this surgery. It is easy and quick to make an appointment and the Drs are always most pleasant. They listen, engage well with the patient and give freely of their valuable time and expertise. Over the years I have been registered at many different surgeries (having moved house etc) and this is by far the best. It is almost a pleasure to be ill at this surgery! Long may they continue in their excellent work. I cannot commend them too highly. | ||||||
