The clinic was extremely well run, organised a very efficient operation. Staff on hand to deal with other queries and assist less able patients. The Macmillan coffee and cake service helped pass the waiting time quickly. I have always found the Cliff House Medical practice from reception to diagnosis very efficient, friendly and helpful. | ||||||

The drop-in flu clinic was very good and incorporated tea/coffee and cake for Macmillan charity. There was also a manned table with information and support for arthritis sufferers. The whole atmosphere was friendly and relaxed and I didn’t have to wait very long for my jab. Thank you. | ||||||

The receptionists answering the phones are rude and show very little respect. Not at all happy to be doing their job, asking personal questions and dragging feet.
This is not the first time I have had a poor attitude from the staff at the Burton road clinic.
I suggest some further customer service training is required to help pull their socks up!
All I want to hear is a chirpy happy receptionist who does the job no questions asked. | ||||||
