not good they dont stick to the appointments what they give me its very poor for people or are very poorly they dont care its very distressing me ive waiting 2days now for doctors to ring st peters medical pritcis mansfied | ||||||

Worst doctors practice I’ve ever been registered with. I’m an insulin dependent diabetic and was told repeat prescriptions for regular medications are not done by this surgery. I was told my previous gp had prevented them from putting my insulin on repeat or accessing necessary files. I phoned them and gave them a mouthful only to find they were not to blame at all. Tests were carried out without my knowledge and no results were given either. I was not receiving relevant services to support me with my diabetes and it caused a lot of unnecessary stress and pressure. I have since moved to a new surgery and received unbelievable help and ongoing support. My advice would be to find a more competent surgery. | ||||||

Always manage to get an appointment, with the reception team remaining polite always and doing what they can to facilitate requests. My doctor has been my GP since I was a child and to this day remains polite and listens to any concerns (I am now 27). Never had any issues with medication or obtaining a perscription in proportion with my ailments. They are a great team and always happy to assist however they can. | ||||||
