Dr and nurses are great but I am yet to find a receptionist that is not rude or at least shows some sympathy! I have been with this practice for over 20 years and it has only gotten worse. |

Saturday 1st October I went to York Street practice Cambridge to get both covid vaccination and the flu jab,all went well ,but I was not given a card for proof of vaccination. The cards were on the doctor's desk but I never got one. Perhaps N.H.S are trying to save pennies G |

Doctors are excellent on the whole, and never had issues with Reception.
As a BAME disappointed that they continue to fail to use full census ethnicity categories; disappointed with NHS Health Check - no cholesterol LDL and HDL readings because it costs £20 more - myopic to say the least. |
