We've used Trumpington Surgery for four years, and have always had really good service. On several occasions we've needed an urgent on-the-day appointment for one of our children and they have always fitted us in, the doctors are excellent, highly skilled and always helpful. | ||||||

Every doctor I have seen at this practice has been excellent. They are very thorough, empathetic, involve me in treatment decisions, explain what they are doing, and they genuinely care. The online appointment booking system is very helpful and I can always get an appointment within a week. Emergency/on the day appointments have always been available when I call the very friendly and professional receptionists. I'm not usually one to write reviews or recommend a surgery to friends but in the many places I've lived I've never found a surgery where I have never had one criticism. I would not mind seeing any of the doctors because I know they will all provide great care. | ||||||

Our family newly moved to Trumpington Meadows and this was the nearest surgery. For whatever reasons, every single appointment we've booked has always had to be rebooked (and some rebooked yet again) due to staffing issues over the past couple of months. We've probably had 10 appointments changed by them so far. Really badly organised. This is really annoying, especially with a newborn baby, and completely unreliable so when I get time may have to look for something further afield but is more trustworthy. | ||||||
