Why can we not get a face to face appointment with a gp? Waited for a call which happened at 5pm, gp couldn't wait to get me off the phone |

When I phoned to request an appointment I was told that would be quicker if I agreed to have a telephone consultation instead. I agreed to a telephone consultation and was told that it would be in 10 days time. The consultation sounded more like a tick- box exercise and I was given an appointment with an advanced practitioner. The problem was not resolved. |

Non urgent online requests not responded to within the time specified (7 days). Face to face appointments available after waiting 30 mins on the phone if you are lucky. |
