Wonderful practice, incredibly efficient staff and GP’s. The receptionist, Zahra, is the best receptionist I’ve ever encountered at any GP practice - I am very, very lucky to be a patient here. |

I have been at this surgery for 25++ years since I was a student. I have found the staff, doctors, nurses and receptionists to be consistently friendly, answering my questions and offering explanations of treatment options. I feel involved in decisions regarding my health. On the rare occasions when there has been a problem or a misunderstanding they have been quick to address it. I don’t often leave reviews but what has prompted me today is that I forgot to order repeat medication, a pain I know for administrative staff! There were no recriminations even though it was my fault and no ill concealed sighing down the phone! I spoke to two staff and the medication request was dealt with. Note to self...Don’t assume you have another box of medication tucked away in the drawer when you take the last tablet in the current one! |
