I phoned to get an appointment after the bank holiday and was really pleased to be offered one the next day. I also liked the telephone queue system which tells you where you are in the queue waiting to be answered which is helpful. The practice manager was very helpful when she arranged an outpatient appointment for me and one of the doctors is an excellent GP who is competent and professional. | ||||||

The receptionists are incredibly rude, in person and on the phone. I've been hung up on twice and ignored at the front desk. The doctors are actually okay and care about their patients, but the receptionists are massively unapproachable and this as a whole puts me off the surgery entirely. | ||||||

I was a patient in this clinic for about a year and left because I moved to another area in the city. In the few times I needed a GP, I was mostly satisfied with the treatment I was given, both by the GP and nurse. However, there was one time I was not happy with a GP (who was replacing for my regular one), who was not willing to give me a prescription for a contraceptive I am taking for many years. Because of that I had to go elsewhere for that matter. | ||||||
