I had an appointment with an ENT specialist. I needed to wait for that appointment for months. The specialist was unprofessional and it was obvious that he did not want to do his job. He was just focused on typing his notes. Such a waste of time. Totally useless, uncaring, mean. |

Absolutely awful, uncaring, unprofessional set of Doctors. The general impression is that they know very little, don't care and just want you in and out so that they can make their money and go home. No background knowledge of patient, no follow through, incredibly arrogant, false and passive aggressive and this is from at least three of the Doctors. I suspect that this attitude and work ethic comes from the top and thus is consistent, as any good Doctor wouldn't stay with this practice. I am currently in the process of moving from them after a specialist health care professional suggested that I stop accepting the appalling service from them and move to a service that would actually like to help. I know of friends who have been misdiagnosed by these Doctors. Attend this surgery at your own risk. Ignore the good reviews. I wouldn't be surprised if they've been filled in by interested parties, no one I know has a good word to say about them. The receptionists and nurses are lovely though. |

I see I am not allowed to mention the Dr by name, which is a shame, because she was *lovely*. And so was the receptionist when I called needing an emergency appointment whilst visiting my sick father in Cambridge.
I found them both to be compassionate and ethical, and my problem was sorted out quickly and efficiently. I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Thanks to you all. |
