Had an xray on my knee indication was results in 2 weeks after over 4 weeks chased. I was told that Xray had been received and was asked if I was expecting advise. I told the person that the Doctor was going to review when results were in. Looks like the Xray was just filed away. This isnt the first time I have had an xray and no one contacts you to discuss the results. With this practise I have on several occasions been sent to the wrong place. The on line system is very poor. | ||||||

They have a slow, frustrating and unfit for purpose, automated online system that dehumanises their patients... ...Or you wait for hours on the phone to book appointments days later, then take a day off work because they can't give you a specific time, only for them to call and hang up before you can answer. Then you wait for days again because the reception staff, if you ever reach them, have no power to help you. Good people managed horribly creates a cruel and uncaring service that causes their patients a great deal of unnecessary suffering. | ||||||

I have to say they have improved massively over last few months with their new system Got a telephone appointment same day- face to face next working day Dr Inwood was amazing and got a consultant appt within 2 weeks Yes, they have had issues. However things are so much better than a year ago couldn't fault the service now. | ||||||
