It's like some dystopian, futuristic failure. Receptionists, the most complained about people in the NHS, are not much better than prison guards who dictate what we need and don't need. Awful practise, with some truly awful people in it. | ||||||

See above, impossible to contact, sick of calling and being cut off and never getting to talk to anyone, be in a box before anyone at this afwul practice picks up a phone. | ||||||
