Do not use and certainly not if from England. I would go further than a 1 star and say if you don't want to be abused or put in danger don't use this surgery - this I have experienced this from the male GP's. Their speciality is gaslighting and if this fails they don't mind a tirade of abuse down the phone followed by a letter to 'justify' themselves. With a 'if you don't like it then leave'. Apparently they have misplaced Scottish patriotic disorder and I have had my consultants from England made out to be liars and had a refusal to join up my care or even request notes from England, told I didn't have existing medical conditions that were in my notes from England and forget a re referral to England when you can get one to a Scottish Consultant that slags off your GP on the phone then sends letters to the GP that aren't even a true representation of the call. I have experienced disgraceful power tripping service from the receptionists, but with a gaslighting abusive owner its not surprising. Its impossible to get to see a GP - this requires a lot of hassle and potential arguments and you being derided in some cases by reception as the 'little person who knows nothing' as even for high risk appointments they won't make one. If you do get to see a GP good luck. Having worked in the NHS before, and having left due to the disgrace it became, I can say that this surgery takes it to a new level. Notes, why would they read those, listen to you, why? There is no reason for this place to exist other than to abuse patients it seems to me. I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. After multiple complaint letters that trigger a pious, arrogant response from the owner I've now left, I won't have them get any more funding for my place.
