Mount Pleasant Practice

Worst practice I've been with they say respect the staff we don't get the respect receptionists are absolutely awful want to know every detail why your phoning and why you want a call back then get told we have no time slots phn back tomorrow at 8.same shit when you phn back time slots for sick notes now it a joke need to find a decent practice

hate this surgery, the receptionists are the worst, nosy nosy bitches, shouldn't need to know what your calling for, a doctor is a doctor who is well equipped to deal with everything in the surgery always has been, covid is still there excuse for everything if they would let appointments be booked anytime instead of 8am they wouldn't be so busy at those times, now you have to get appointments for sick notes (of couse certain days and time slots for those, but the doctor of course hasn't a slot to call you back, that call can be any time of the day!!!!!!! this practice needs a whole new rethink on the way this is, absolutely joke of a place, what are the GPS actually doing? when I have passed no patients are even in the waiting room so weres all these appointments that we can never get going? nobody is in the practice EVER!!! It's no wonder loads have left and went elsewhere. Do Not Join This Joke Of a practice and if you see this please change the stupid voice and tune when I'm on hold for 1 hour then get threw and then placed on hold again 2 hours of that womans voice and that crazy tune would drive you to a mental asylum

4 times this year can’t make it past reception who wilfully disregard what you tell them.I understand that you expect a level of respect and not to be given abuse but I’m disgusted with the conduct of reception and apparent lack of communication with doctors.just awful I now want to move to a different gp because this is pointless
