    I was sad to read that a lady who suffers anxiety problems and depression should tar the Scottish receptionist at this surgery. I have had dealings with this receptionist on a few occasions and always found her to be the epitome of courtesy, helpfulness and friendliness and I just cant imagine why anyone would speak unkindly about her. I do wonder if the lady who complained has just perceived an unprofessional and rude attitude form the said receptionist in her own mind. Please don't malign or tar a persons name in such a way because it seems that everyone else speaks as highly of this receptionist as I do myself. R J Andreou
