    When I rang extremely distressed regarding my son's mental health they didn't care. I was spoken to with such disrespect and Dr Emerson is so condescending terrible bedside manner. Why be a doctor if you don't want to help!!!!!!!!!

    Rude receptionist, hung up on my son with mental health problems after arguing with him and causing him distress.. Gave him a prescription for 5 months then decuded to stop his meds leaving him very ill. Not the right way a doctors surgery should be run at all..
