Need to review the receptionist, very unprofessional.Specially Salma.Very upsetting when shes answering the phone.She wants to get off of the phone so quickly and not listening to our concern |

Horrendous experience with booking appointments, trying to reach them by phone (although this has improved lately marginally). Rude and inflexible receptionists - all trained to the same low standard of dealing with the patients. Doctors seem fine ( if you ever manage to get to them). Negative experience with midwifes as well. Avoid at any cost. |

I attended surgery with my mother-in-law who had been experiencing a variety of worrying symptoms. The GP was welcoming and empathic and quick to get on top of things and make the appropriate referrals and reassure. Given the worrying nature of the complaint he was prepared to give us extra time from his clearly busy afternoon. All in all a really good service. Thank you. |
