I need a repeat prescription but unable to get an answer on the phone and I don't think they have a email address dont know what to do. | ||||||

I needed to make an appointment to either see a Dr in person or to receive a callback. I phoned around 11am, spoke to a lovely receptionist called Kate who took my details & my reason for needing to see the Dr & arranged for a Dr to call me back that day, which they did & I spoke to a lovely lady Dr called Dr Cairn. | ||||||

This practice is worse than its ever been since the emalgumation. Rude, unhelpful receptionist that don't even read the information on the computer system accurately so you get told different things by different staff if you have a query. Phone waiting times are horrendous, prescriptions never ready on time despite 7 working days being allowed. No support or true understanding of mental health/asd conditions other than the lectures of daily routine. Don't listen to carers who live with the person 24/7. Shocking service. | ||||||
