Doctors are always pleasant and kind. They are all amazing with the children and myself. Surgery is clean and quiet. Call waiting time has improved significantly. | ||||||

Being over 60, I phoned on several occasions to arrange for a flu vaccine I went into the surgery and was told that they couldn't deal with it in person but that I should call. Explaining that I had been calling and there was no answer I was told that I should leave the surgery and call again. I stood outside and it rang and rang. Going back in, I could hear it ringing but the receptionists were chatting away. When I asked if they were going to answer it, I was told 'how can I answer it if I am talking to you? Go outside and I will answer it.' Doing so, the phone was finally answered only to be told that there were no appointments available. At which point I gave up. It's New Year's Eve and I have had a severe 'flu for several days, having possibly passed it on to others. Thanks ladies. | ||||||
