I am in the surgery now, waiting 2 half hours for my appointment and still not gone in. Its freezing cold in the surgery waiting room, no heating on. No hand wash in the waiting room or toilets, also no toilet paper. I am so angry when I had an appointment that I have waited 3 weeks for. Appointment 11.15 time now 14.40, still waiting

I am writing a more updated review maybe someone with the job title will sort out Britain's most appalling doctors surgery yet again I wait until I'm desperate for medical help and yet again GCG doctors surgery fail I'm told a doctor will phone me never happen no phone call no message on the app is it because I write the truth about how awful the surgery is so when you have patients that end up rushed in to hospital due to lack of patients care or lack of information incorrect treatments how long will it take for someone to do something I can't change surgery as their all in the same partnership in my area so your health just keeps deteriorating why would you train all those years to help people yet look at your reviews your harming people daily you should be ashamed that this is what people feel an know they don't trust you they only use you because their desperate you can't make excuses any more pandemic staff illness the issues come from the top
