Sep 11 2014 Poor service and inexperienced staff. Have lodged complaints, but now feel scared to complain again!

Sep 29 2016 Ive been with sevacare June 2016 at first I was having my regular carers since 2013 after bad rta .which were very carinf When Comfort call ceased and Sevacare stepped in..all was going great I was having regular carers after major op in April since July all started failing I was not getting regular carers not getting rotas offfice staff very bad would not communicate when I would call they would not respond on my complaints . Things went from bad to worse especially Aug when new branch manager came on board no carers allocated as they struggled to find care morning and tea time call ..l ended up with grade two sore..Last resort only today when manager was very rude attitude and manner not acceptable when saying to me they did not want to listen to my grievances Lists goes on this us why i would not recommended Sevacare at all.
