Aug 13 2019 This Care Company is just fantastic. They look after my Civil Partner and come to see him twice a day. We get an email of his rota every Sunday evening, it contains the times that the Carers will be arriving at & who will be coming. The Staff are extremely polite, friendly & helpful. Nothing is to much trouble for them & they do not rush the care that they are doing. They are also extremely smart & tidy in their uniforms. They also always ask if there is anything else they can do for me before leaving. If I need to contact the office for any reason, I either email or ring them & leave a message on the answering machine. You always get a reply from someone that same day. Thank you Young Hearts your simply amazing.
