A range of personalised services is offered covering everything from companionship, personal care, domestic support, meal preparation and shopping, medication administration, lifestyle and social activities through to the management and support of specialist conditions.
Our specialist care services include dementia and alzheimer&s care, post operative rehabilitation, end of life/palliative care, respite care and mental health support.
Our service is totally flexible ranging from as little as a 1-hour call to 24 hour round the clock support. We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission and approved by Birmingham Social Services.

Jun 8 2019 We have used All Seasons Care to provide help for my 90 year old uncle for the last 3 years. He lives alone and we are his nearest relatives and live 35 miles away so need a flexible and responsive care service. This has proved to be the case in many ways - including preparing his food and other every day tasks he needs help with, taking him to appointments when we are unable to, going round at short notice to find articles he has misplaced, sorting out his stair lift when he had inadvertently turned it off, providing companionship and helped in many other situations that have arisen. They always communicate with myself regarding any issue they are concerned about and respond immediately either by phone or text to any of my queries. I have worked professionally in Primary care and have not come across such person focused care,

They are a very caring organisation, professional people who really care about there patients. I would highly recommend them for anyone considering using this service. Thank you so much.

Feb 21 2018 I was initially wary of engaging an agency to help me cope with my husband's increasingly impaired mental and physical health as his dementia progressed. From the first meeting with All Seasons Care personnel I was reassured as our wishes were listened to and a care package was designed to fully meet our requirements. This was adapted without difficulty as the siuation changed and more support was necessary. Every effort was made to keep to a small team of carers to enable trust and confidence to be built up and to engender warm, friendly interactions whilst, at all times, preserving dignity and maintaining respect. If someone is faced with having to make a decision such as I needed to to secure care for a loved one I would unreservedly recommend All Seasons Care to them.
