They are a new company who have taken over the care of my relative who lives in their own home, i was really impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and experience. They also provide accommodation, advice on benefits and take her out in the community as well as day to day care The managers are hands on and have worked in care setting for many years ( i know because i checked them out ) . my relative is vulnerable and i didn't want a provider who does not have the experience to understand their needs. They have include my relative and I at all times, ensuring they have every detail about their needs, wishes and concerns, they provided us with reassurances by keeping us updated with information and obtaining our input. so far so good .

Thank you to Antoine Care who made the move for my love to be in the community, I was so pessimistic about him having his own place with support, but you have done a fantastic job. He is autistic and was challenging when he was in the residential home and living there with his support workers who have done a brilliant job helping and encouraging him to be more independent, although he still needs 24 hour care, he now has the opportunity to go out in his car, go shopping, go on outings and he is much calmer when doing things around the home with support of staff who are highly trained and dedicated. Thanks for doing a good job, please keep it up.
